The processing of Galardo taralli is a journey in search of the best ingredients, the right ones to give fragrance, perfume and taste.
They are the flours of the first choice and a very pure extra virgin olive oil to give the taralli the right crispness without losing their indispensable friability.
For all tastes
I Galardo do not limit themselves to creating traditional taralli but a vast assortment in which to dive to get out loads of goodness.
A touch of chili for the most enterprising, almonds for the most demanding, a handful of fennels for a breath of fresh goodness or lemon and poppy seeds for a tasty break: each tarallo is a temptation, impossible to resist.
